On 2-3 May 2024, the Association's representatives actively engaged in exchange activities. At our dedicated booth, our representatives and trainees introduced the Association's service and achievement to guests about our Integrated Vocational Rehabilitation Services, sharing our experiences in promoting open employment, internship, social enterprise and community inclusivity for people with disabilities, building potential collaboration opportunities. We firmly believe that only through the collective efforts can we build a more inclusive and sustainable future together, and further raise awareness and acceptance of people with Down syndrome in society, seeking more development opportunities and welfare.
Another important topic at the summit was ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), which attracted enthusiastic participation from representatives of the government, businesses, and non-profit organizations. The Association also places great emphasis on the practice of ESG in the field of social services. Together, we aim to promote implementation of ESG in Hong Kong, building a sustainable future.
